I hope not: "speed" might make you too hyper to notice such feelings, but that's not reducing them. If there are reasons you feel "guilty" you need to consider them and find ways to repair harm or assure yourself ; others that you'll behave differently. If you did nothing wrong, you need to accept yourself - drugs have nothing to do with such moral/ethical work. Therapy might help. Best!
