No: I would not use to be on the safe side. Retinol is a vitmain a derivative and in its oral form (accutane) has been shown to cause birth defects in pregnant women even in the very very early stages. There are prescriptions for acne that are safe (category b) so see a dermatologist to discuss a good regimen for you. Good luck!
