Yes: Diarrhea or stomach upset is common with antibiotics, try taking it with a meal next time. Good luck!

If appropriate Rx: It is very unlikely that your single episode of loose stool rendered your antibiotic ineffective or lost. As long as your infection is sensitive to the antibiotic prescribed, you should do fine.
