Holy Water is: Normal water that has been blessed by clergy or other religious member (depending on the religion). Contamination is a possible issue w water contained in fonts. There can be a # of different species of bacteria from a single font sampling (i.e. Streptococci ; staphylococci). There are also companies that sell “holy water”. One such company sells water from the jordan river ; another sells.
