Normal diet: Hair growth in influenced by many things including hereditary factors, age, serum iron, hormones, medicines, emotional factors etc. A "normal" diet should contain usual nutrients to insure good health and hair growth taking into account the above. It has been suggested the biotin (part of the b complex list of vitamins) will help hair growth as will over the counter shampoos like rogaine (minoxidil) product.
