Need more info...: In order to answer this question, i need to know what type of culture was taken to produce these results. For example, was this a sputum culture, a urine culture, etc. Perhaps, you could re-submit your question and specify the type of culture. Thanks!

Respiratory tract: Coughing up sputum and headache suggests upper respiratory tract infection. The gram stain is nondiagnostic. A course of antibiotics may help if symptoms worsen or persist.
