Stomach flu: Stomach flu is a viral infection that affects the stomach and small intestine. The condition generally resolves without treatment within 3-4 days. If persists more than 1 week, see your PCP for consultation.

Possible...: it could possibly be migraines which are described as throbbing, pulsating headaches usually on one side of head or behind the eye with dizziness, vomiting, light or sound sensitivity. If fever, body aches, diarrhea and just a few days could be a stomach virus. Rest, fluids and analgesics can be used for that. If not better you will need to see a doctor.
