Possible...: it could possibly be migraines which are described as throbbing, pulsating headaches usually on one side of head or behind the eye with dizziness, vomiting, light or sound sensitivity. If fever, body aches, diarrhea and just a few days could be a stomach virus. Rest, fluids and analgesics can be used for that. If not better you will need to see a doctor.
