Slow Healing: I would want to know specifically what you mean by "forever." slow healing may be a sign of diabetes, especially if you have other symptoms such as excessive thirst, urination, changes in your vision , and perhaps weight changes. It may be a good idea to check with your doctor who can do some tests to see if this slow healing is a problem.

Many possiblities : As dr. Juchau says, this could be a sign of diabetes. It could also be a sign of hypothyroidism. More likely it can be due to nutritional deficiences, especially of zinc, vitamin c, vitamin a and/or protein. Esp. Lysine ; proline.
