Multiple factors.: It's winter and the "dry" season can cause the nasal lining to be thin, dry and fragile. You may have fragile membranes and thin blood vessels too. If you take any Aspirin or blood thinning medicines - nose bleeds are more prone to happen. Regular trauma to the nose (tweezing hairs etc) also increases bleeding chances.
