3yo son was recently on antibiotics. now has an orange tongue. any correlation? should i be concerned?

Orange tongue: Was the antibiotic an orange liquid, or was he also taking orange colored medicine of any sort? If so, color should disappear in a few days. If color is not gone in 3 days after discontinuing the medication, or if the medications were not heavily pigmented, it may be Thrush. In that case he should see his Dentist or Pediatric Dental Specialist.
