Exercise is good!: Glad to hear you're still active and i encourage you to continue to do so. No weight bearing restrictions up until the third trimester unless you're bowling with anything more than a 35lb bowling ball. Listen to your body, you shouldn't do anything to cause significant strain. No concern for miscarriage unless with bleeding, contractions, or abdominal trauma.
