Most likely OK: Please check with your treating neurologist. In my experience, taking ropinirole does not present a problem with robitussin (guaifenesin). Maoi drugs are antidepressants that can cause very high blood pressure spikes if taking with tyramine inducing medications. Ropinerole is a Dopamine agonist, not an maoi.
