Sir, my right side of face became numb, weak. i can't speak, read, breath properly.right side eye could not close properly.. what can i do? mri or emg

See Dr ASAP: If these are acute issues, go to er now. You could have a couple things, including possibly a stroke. In that case, a ct could be done first an then an MRI aafter 24 to 48 hours after symptom onset. You should also have MRI of your neck in case a mass is causing pressure causing some of these same issues. Emg will be beneficial later on when serious things are ruled out. Hope all is well.
