Mobic (meloxicam): Is more potent against cox-2 and is more favorable to the GI system than other nonselective nsaids. Usually Mobic (meloxicam) is prescribed once daily (any time) with a full glass of water. Do not lie down for at least 10 minutes after taking this drug. Max dose is 15mg. Hope it helps...
