Needs evaluation: You may have a blocked lacrimal drainage canal. The tears bathe the eye, pass to the nasal side of the eye and then go down a plumbing system into the nose. It can sometimes narrow or even get blocked and this can be spontaneous. Check with your ophthalmologist who can evaluate this and see there the blockage is.
