If at my first ultrasound 12/12/13 i was dated either 9 weeks or 9 weeks 1 day is there anyway i could've got pregnant before october 9th or 10th?

No: If an ultrasound on 12/12/13 puts the gestational age at 9 weeks, time of conception is about 10/24/13, plus or minus 3-4 days. A woman could not have been pregnant 10/9/13.
