See your PCP: Lymphadenitis or swollen lymph nodes due to viral or bacterial infection. The exact type of treatment depends on what type of infection has caused your lymph nodes. The treatment with antibiotics usually leads to a complete recovery. It may take several weeks for swelling to disappear. Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation.
