Normal Health: Lymph nodes doing their job are a sign of health and not illness. It is very common to feel swollen lymph nodes when you are young and/or thin. Humans often have no idea how many bugs and other foreign material our immune system is taking care of. If you could have an std such as syphilis then this can prompt you to the appropriate testing. But, in general this is a sign of normal immune health.
