Can an abdominal and pelvic ct detect problems with the colon, etc. can it detect cancer?

Some: An abdominal ct scan could see swelling or inflammation of the colon. But colon cancer would not be seen unless it is quite large. At age 27, cancer risks are very low. A colonoscooy is the best way to evaluate the colon.
