2 answers: The antrum is the farther part of the stomach before it leads into the small intestine. A mass there could be intrinsic (within) or extrinsic (outside) the stomach. If the pancreas has a mass, it could indent into the antrum. Irregular z line is a finding in the esophagus, where the esophageal lining meets the lining of the stomach is not in the usual position and is a sign of inflammation.
