No: There is no such thing, really, as "stronger" when we talk about drugs. Potency is really just a matter of how big the pill is. All opioids work equally effectively in equipotent doses. However, they are affected by how well they are absorbed (immediate release morphine is poorly absorbed), how quickly they get to the brain and side effects they have. The ms is higher dose than the oxycodone.
