i am a lupus patient and have been having swelling and headaches for a week. what should i do? i'm already on plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) and 10mg prednisone.

Rheumatologist: Go back and see the doctor who prescribed these medications and who should be following you for progress, side-effects and complications. This is a very serious disease and you need to pay close attention to your doctor. Hope you are better soon.
