Sciatica: Sciatica can have the symptoms you are describing; the pain can begin in the gluteals then travel down the side of the leg behind the knee into the foot. You must stretch the area with Bands, use ice first than heat and take anti inflammatory medications. Foot orthotics may help too by stabilizing your hair. Daily stretching pre and post work outs are important.
