Unlikely: Unless your running involves falling, it would be unlikely that shoulder and wrist pain is coming from running. If both problems are referred pain from a developing neck problem, then your running and posture could be affecting your neck. If problems continue, i would recommend full evaluation by and orthopedic surgeon.

No: Running should not effect your upper extremity joints, especially wrist unless you have injured them if symptoms persist suggest seeing orthopedist for evaluation.
