It could be hard.: You are currently doing what most doctors would advise, but has a diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome been confirmed? Most cases would stabilize a bit, but full healing, if it is to occur, would take about 3-4 weeks. Discuss all of this with your doctor. Perhaps EMG/ NCV test is needed.

Hand stretches/glide: We always try to get people into occupational therapy when first line treatment Is not enough. Sometimes patients Will use acupuncture. Given Covid may limit access to these providers keep in mind there are stretches that you can look up on YouTube to help open up the carpal tunnel. Also Neural glides and a ergonomic evaluation are recommended
