Fake Medical Problem: You have bad habits. You do not have a medical condition. Bad habits can be broken. As you age this is one of the areas, it appears, that you have to work on to create more productive habits. You have to slow down; you have to learn to make lists and check off the 'to do' items one by one; you have to force yourself to pause and breath and to 'slow down' enough to make sure your tasks are done.
