Death: Is a side effect of it. Also heart attack, stroke, psychosis, deadly interactions with others medications, overdose, etc. Please stay away from it, and seek some other route for inner peace. It's also illegal and you could end up in jail.

Ayahuasca risks: Yes, there absolutely are risks with this hallucinogen. Death is not common, but it has happened. Heart rate and BP rise with the drug, and no one is checking your vital signs or cardiac status. You'll be vomiting and pooping -- losing electrolytes and fluids.
