No shortcuts: Pathological lying has many factors which contribute to it. There are reasons but you have to face them. Looking for a quick fix or medication is probably not the best answer. This is something worth trying to figure out now when you're young and still able make decisions that will effect the rest of your life.Therapy is the answer.

DMT : Dmt is illegal except for use in certain religious practices. It is a psychedelic drug. I could find no reference to it decreasing pathological lying, which in my experience has been untreatable in psychotherapy. There have been many studies of the compound. If it were effective it would be in use in all the prisons worldwide. Resubmit with journal article citation if you wish further comment.
