Not to worry: Flat nipples are really quite common and not anything to be concerned about. As far as the sensitivity during your teen years, this too is normal as the hormones in the teen years make the general nipple/areola area very sensitive and even minor encounters, like rubbing against a wall, could cause discomfort. All you describe is normal!
