Do you think if you have any kind of autoimmune disease? like lupus or anything? or would it have sawn in blood test. if blood result is normal.

See details: There are literally scores of autoimmune diseases. Some can be diagnosed with the help of lab tests and some cannot. Lupus can be present even if all autoantibody testing is negative. However, this is a rare occurrence.
