It often does: Give your physician a call, especially if your heart is doing more than 5 flipflops per minute or it bothers you. It's not especially dangerous. By the way, if you've needed a rx for albuterol, you may have a tendency to asthma / bronchitis and this would be a great time to ask for help stopping smoking. Best wishes.
