Advise Doctor ASAP!: I expect you can return to the lower dose safely if it's only been a day or so - but try to obtain their help. If difficult - ask your pharmacist for advice till you see a doctor. Don't ignore it! I'm glad you noticed and took it seriously, you'll be okay soon I hope. Best wishes.
