Internet Trash: This trash on the internet belongs in the same category as the world is coming to an end in 2012. We got past that right? We get one set of primary (baby) teeth and one set of permanent teeth. Some individuals may get a single supernumary (extra) tooth- a few at most. No third natural set to count on.

Natural teeth, NO: At this time we do not have the scientific ability to make new natural teeth. What you heard was probably speculation that perhaps in about 100 years we will have the ability to do this via cloning and/or stem cell technology. For now the best thing to do is take good care of the teeth you have. If you do this they could last you until you are 100 and you won't have to worry about replacements.
