Brown spots: Need more information. Assume you mean spots on the teeth not on the gums. Were you still undergoing Orthodontic treatment when spots began to appear, or did they appear after treatment finished. Have you shown them to to the Dentist or Orthodontic Specialist who treated you. Please see a Professional for help.
