Yes, like TV: Behavior modification changes your subconscious. Just like tv commercials make chips, fries, and pizza seem good. Ideally, you want to mentally feel like eating healthy peas and carrots and spinach. There are great tools to help you. The beck diet solution is a great book to change behavior.
