Are you taking any m: Are you taking blood pressure meds? It is not uncommon to feel light headed when you stand up quickly. Your blood pressure will drop a few degrees when you stand up. So if you are taking BP meds, you may have to reduce their dose(ask your doctor's advice.) if you are not tatking any meds, then you need to visit your doctor to investigate the cause of your posture related drop in bp.

Your doctor: Should be able to suggest some things that you can do to help. There are some tests that also should be run. The issue of low BP should be placed in the context of what is your normal blood pressure. Your 90/60 maybe normal for you. Your doctor hopefully has a history of what you normally run.
