A few ideas: I'm not so concerned that you had blood clots the size of a quarter, as these can be normal following a surgical abortion. Sometimes a low grade fever is also normal. Did your surgeon give you some Doxycycline to take following abortion? That is best. If fever is gone, you're likely not infected, but keep eye on temperature. Motrin can help as well.
