Arthritis of the lumbar area and back of neck, what to do?

Depends: You need to be evaluated as to what type of arthritis you might have. Without known trauma it is unusual for a 33 year old to have significant spinal arthritis. There is a condition called spondylitis that is more inflammatory in nature and should be aggressively treated. See a rheumatologist to get proper diagnosis and treatment.
