A member asked:

Have neck arthritus my back is stiff, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Arthritis: Warm applications and if you're able to take nsaids(ibuprofen, naproxen) with food and the use of liniments, these measures may help. When the neck is particularly uncomfortable, wearing a soft neck collar intermittently to "rest" the neck may help flareups. Your md will advise you if there are causes of discomfort like disc problems.
