Can you tell me about miscarriage with my 2 month old baby, can my body complete the miscarriage on its own or d&c procedure is required?

Miscarriage and D&C: A D&C is not always necessary with a miscarriage. The body usually will complete the miscarriage on it's own. If too many weeks go by without the body doing it on its own, an infection can develop. Sometimes there is hemorrhaging with a miscarriage and a D&C is necessary to stop the bleeding.
