Health evaluation: Vegetarian diets are healthy if and only if you know exactly what you are doing. You can end up deficient in iron, vitamin b12, vitamin d, iodine, and several other nutrients. If you are fatigued, it can be anything from a sleep disturbance to thyroid disease to any of dozens of others. Please get worked up by a competent physician. No fitness plan will touch any of these.
