Possibly: Sometimes people that have kidney failure can develop neuropathies that can cause back and leg pain. However on top of that you can always still have normal back pain issues like arthritis, pinched nerve or sciatica from a slipped or herniated disc. Recommend getting evaluated by a spine specialist for a thorough evaluation.
