Depends: It depends on what type of arrhythmia you have. Most arrhythmias are okay for vaginal delivery, but you need the advice of your ob/gyn or a maternal fetal medicine specialist to give you advice on your specific case. Most women do better with vaginal delivery because cesarean is major surgery and has it's own risks for heart problems following delivery of the baby and venous return to the heart.

Not a factor: If it is truly a benign arrhythmia then it is not an issue. You deliver vaginally unless there is a good medical indication for having a c-section.
