Probably: You need to discuss with your ob. Often a cardiac ultrasound or (echocardiogram) is done and occasionally a consultation with a cardiologist is necessary to differentiate an "innocent" from a pathological murmur.

It depends: A heart murmur is an extra sound. It does not necessarily indicate significant heart disease. Have an evaluation by your doctor to be sure.
