So many options: Visit a physician with non-surgical spine experience like a physiatrist or trained pain physician to develop a plan of care which should include starting with physical therapy, noninvasive things like tens units, and core strengthening. Then consider other options if those do not help, including medications (trying to avoid opioids) and interventional procedures. Its long term, but you can improve.
