There are : Better and more effective ways of doing it. Start off with low carb, low fat diet, 6-8 glasses of water(4-16 ozs bottled water) , 8 hours of sleep ; exercise. A lot of people think they have to give up their favorite food like a punishment it does not have to be. You can still enjoy them but in smaller proportions . Make sure there are no medical conditions that is causing excessive weight gain
