A 45-year-old member asked:

How is depth perception different after lasik/monovision treatment?

Dr. William Trattler
LASIK Surgery 31 years experience
Monovision: Surprisingly, depth perception is very good after blended vision with either contact lenses or glasses. The best way to confirm is to just try blended vision with contact lenses, so that you can be certain that your depth perception is adequate prior to undergoing lasik.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
