Needs evaluation: Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding need to be thoroughly investigated in women of your age. A detailed medical history, physical examination, pelvic examination is the basic work up and radiologic studies such as Ultrasound and CT san may be needed. The simple explanation for the above symptoms is due to menopause.
