Caveat emptor: Let the buyer beware. A positive allergy test is not a diagnosis of allergy. There are many false positive tests. A negative allergy does not rule-out allergy - although it makes a diagnosis less likely. The cost of allergy testing is 4-10x more than the fee for seeing the expert. Why not enlist the help of board-certified experts?
