Dr exam or biopsy: There are many types of skin cancer and many different symptoms. If you have a skin lesion (mole, rash, bump, etc) that is changing, bleeding, ulcerated, growing or is otherwise bothersome, the best thing to do is to have it examined by a physician, and ultimately examined by a dermatopathologist, a doctor who specializes in diseases of the skin.
